Awarding ceremony of the Foreign Minister's Commendations for FY2022

On September 14, 2022, the Embassy of Japan in Bahrain hold the awarding ceremony of the Foreign Minister's Commendations for Yokogawa Middle East & Africa ("YMEA") at the Ambassador's residence.
Since its establishment in Bahrain in 1990, YMEA has focused on training engineers along with its business activities. After 2007, in cooperation with Bahraini government agencies and universities, YMEA has received more than 100 Bahraini interns to date. The Commendation was presented to YMEA for contributions to its commitment to human resources development in Bahrain, as well as to its enhancement of understanding of Japan and promotion of friendship between the two countries.
Mr. Shigeno, President of YMEA, the company's employees and their families gathered at the ceremony to cerebrate the commendation in a friendly atmosphere with Ambassador Miyamoto and his wife and Embassy staff.
