The Farewell Reception for participants of the 34th Ship for World Youth (SWY)& Scholarship Student

H.E. Masayuki Miyamoto, Ambassador of Japan welcomed participants of the 34th Ship for World Youth (SWY) and a Scholarship student to his residence on February 1, 2023.
H.E.Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, the Minister of Youth Affairs, H.E. Ambassador Fatima Al Dhaen, Chief of Asian-Pacific Affairs Sector at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Mr. Nasser Al Arrayed, Chairman of Bahrain Japan Business and Friendship Society (BJBFS)along with Alumni of SWY to the attended to the reception. It was a fruitful opportunity for all the participants to have conversations and deepen their friendship enjoying the Japanese food prepared by the chef of the Ambassador.
SWY and the scholarship programs are sponsored by Government of Japan. 9 Bahraini participants will visit Japan from 7th February and meet delegates from 10 different countries in Tokyo and develop their leadership and global network for social contribution.
As for the scholarship student, she is scheduled to study System Design Management at Graduate School of Keio University.
